Details

Word processing A maximum of 5 single sheets in black and white and an envelope are included in the hourly rate.
PA & General  Admin 
All costs including postage, stationery, telephone calls etc will be charged at cost.
Transcription Includes a printed copy of the document. Please note time may vary dependingon the quality of the recording and other contributing factors such as accents and the number of people talking.
Publications A single copy of the publication is included in the hourly rate
Financial All costs including postage, stationery, telephone calls etc will be charged at cost.
Presentations Complete package including design and set up and all copies or media of your choice.
Miscellaneous Price will be agreed depending on the type of work required
Lifestyle Management Prices will be agreed depending on the type of assistance required.
Terms and Conditions
Before any project is commenced a isgned acceptance of the estimate, payment terms and details of the job is required.
Projects or work can be received by email, post, fax, or hard copy. Work can be collected locally
Work is usually turned around in 48 hours depending on the size of the project. Turnaround will be discussed and agreed prior to commencement. Urgent deadlines can also be catered for.
All documents sent by email will be scanned prior to sending with up to date anti virus software. However a guarantee cannot be given. It is also the clients responsibility to ensure that they also have anti virus software installed on their own computers.
Final prrof reading remains the responsibility of the client. any mistakes will be rectified free of charge as long as Wolf Consultancy is notified within 48 hours of receipt of the document
A 35% deposit is required prior to the commencement of any new project and the balance is payable upon completion.
Weekly invoices will be sent for hourly invoiced projects and are payable upon receipt.

Payments must be made in pounds sterling and can be paid by BACS or cheque.

Retainers are invoiced monthly and must be paid in full upon receipt of invoice.
The client will be liable to pay any unpaid cheque charges.
Interest will be charged at a rate of 2.5% per month until the account is settled.
All materials will be invoiced and listed separately on invoices.
Clients will be charged to the nearest 15 minutes and there is a minimum fee of 30 minutes work charged on all assignments.
 CONFIDENTIALITY: Client confidentiality and discretion are paramount and clients can be assured of our utmost integrity in all matters.
